Vintage Design
A beautiful and extremely rare vintage sideboard by Robert Heritage for Heal’s. This was made in England, it dates from the 1950’s.
The quality is exceptional, this has a very stylish and practical design. The carcass stands on beautifully tapered legs supported by a cross frame stretcher. The sliding doors have brass handles, and they have an interesting mechanism. The doors sit flush, and when you want to slide one across it is pushed in slightly, then slides across the brass runners. There are two internal drawers on the right hand section, and a single shelf in the left hand section.
We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb throughout.
