Vintage Design
French set four chairs made in oak circa 1960. The shape of the chairs are inspired by the lines of art nouveau. On the back of each chair, integrated into a frame in the form of a blazon, are two sculptures (one at the front and the other at the back) of an animal: dog, pigeon, duck, pheasant, turkey, deer, hare, wild boar. The lot was ordered for a private hunting lodge. The backs of the chairs are fixed with a traditional system of keys that allow to disassemble the backs. It should be noted that this system produces a slight play in the fixing of the backs but that it is in no case a sign of fragility and not disturbing. At your request we can fix and glue them. Good vintage condition with nice patina. 86 / 65 /96 cm 22 kg
