Antique Early 19th century American paint decorated storage box in original green paint. Hinged with an inset lock. Wonderful old surface with large dovetail construction. Measures 11 5/8″ x 7 5/8″ x 7 3/4″ tall. Good condition – wear to painted surface; the interior lined with paper now water stained at the bottom; no key. A wonderful early piece with attractive color.

Provenance – from a Coventry, Connecticut estate.
