Vintage Design
This elegant Biedermeier armchair originates from the first half of the 19th century in Bohemia, which was part of the Austrian Empire at the time. It is made from a combination of spruce and beech wood with walnut veneer. The armchair features traditional upholstery with the original well-preserved spring system. The polish has been revived, enhancing the wood beauty and ensuring longevity. It has been re-polished with polyutherane piano lacquer by our professional refurbishing team in Czechia according to the original process. This unique piece of furniture not only brings a touch of history to your interior but also offers the comfort and elegance typical of the Biedermeier era. This item features classic Biedermeier elements. Visual simplicity, light-colored woods, and contrasting inlays characterize this style. Relaxed sophistication is the name of the game. Despite original Biedermeier pieces being over 200 years old, the furniture of the movement still feels fresh and modern.
