Vintage Design
Generously designed and completely renovated sideboard from the sixties, made of warm teak wood and equipped with beautiful details. The low body of the cabinet has a top made of one piece of veneer without interruptions. The cupboard space offered by this wall unit is spacious and ideal for items that you want to have at hand but not constantly in view. The two doors have a ‘mirrored’ veneer, which repeats the grain on each door and creates a pattern. Behind the doors there is a wide cupboard space, and the cupboard space is equipped with the original organically shaped shelf, which, due to its recess, offers the possibility to use it as a bar cabinet. A unique detail of this beautiful lowboard is the original lighting that originally belonged under the cabinet. When the lights are on, this gives a beautiful effect on the floor. The light is easily turned on and off by an original switch. The whole stands on four tapered legs made of solid matte black wood. The legs make it completely empty despite its generous size. with us you buy old furniture in almost new condition: we distinguish ourselves through professional restoration so that the furniture can last for at least another 60 years. The cabinet has undergone a complete renovation in which all old wax/oil/varnish layers have been removed. After sanding and any repairs, the cabinet was treated with several layers of high-quality oil. Despite the age of 60 years, the cabinet is in very neat (new) condition and can be used immediately for a unique vintage item in a modern, retro or rural interior.
