Description

Lovely antique matt white glass barber/vanity decanter featuring lion faces on stoppers and around base of decanter. The faces show in relief within the glass and have hand painted gold mains. These were most likely blown molded as we see a smoothed out pontil on the bottom. Decanter is hand-painted with a floral motif on face. Manufactured by Dithridge & Co. circa 1898. This company is well known for this type of glass for vanity, bath and barber products.
